BALEAP AGM and 50th Anniversary Event

The BALEAP AGM and 50th Anniversary Event will take place on Saturday 2 April at the University Language Centre, University of Manchester.  This will be a full day celebrating BALEAP’s 50th anniversary and the 20th anniversary of the Journal of English for Academic Purposes (JEAP).   The AGM is members only but the rest of the day is open to members and non-members.  It is a free event and will conclude with drinks and snacks.

The programme offers sessions showcasing the wide range of activities that BALEAP members are involved in, providing opportunities to learn more and get involved if you wish to.

Plenary sessions will be streamed via Zoom for those who have registered to attend the event online. The recordings will be made available via BALEAP YouTube channel after the event.

Three lightning talks are delivered asynchronously via the BALEAP YouTube channel. You can engage in conversation using the comments function under the videos on YouTube. The presenters will answer your questions by 8 April.
