The Centre for Academic Language and Development has a full-time vacancy for a subject lead with a specialisation in Technology Enhanced Learning.
This position offers the successful applicant a fantastic opportunity to join the Centre’s teaching team at a very exciting time of growth and transformation for all three areas of the Centre’s provision: International Foundation Programme (IFP), Academic Language and Literacy provision at all levels of the University and summer Pre-sessional course in English for Academic Purposes. As a Subject Lead, you will help develop both courses and materials in collaboration with course co-ordinators. Your particular contribution will be in enhancing the Centre’s online and blended provision. You should also be able to teach either EAP, or one of the Level 3 subjects offered on the IFP.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed professional who can work as part of a rapidly growing, dynamic teaching team and also interact successfully with our students. The Centre is located within the Faculty of Arts and works with students of all backgrounds at all levels across a growing range of disciplines.
