King’s College London seeks an experienced person to join a successful, dynamic and forward-thinking department as a Pre-sessional and Short Courses Coordinator.
Under the direction of the Head of Pre-sessional & Short Courses, the successful applicant will work with the Pre-sessional & Short Courses management team to plan, design and deliver a range of Pre-sessional programmes and associated embedded/in-sessional support helping to achieve a seamless and rounded educational experience for international students throughout their journey at King’s.
The successful candidate will be solution focused, using their prior experience in a leadership or management role in EAP/ study skills/ to provide innovative contributions towards high quality learning & teaching that is sustainable and scalable.
They will play a key role in the departmental structure of King’s Foundations, holding responsibility for line managing a group of tutors and contributing to their wellbeing and professional development. They will work with other experienced line managers to help implement organisational and departmental policy and enable King’s Foundations to achieve its strategic aims.
£46,292 – £54,534 per annum, including London Weighting Allowance
