EAP teachers required to teach highly motivated students on summer Pre-sessional English language and study skills courses. Contact hours on average 19.5 hrs a week with all materials provided. Employment period includes 4 days briefing, 2 days marking exit tests and final debriefing meeting. Single accommodation in a University hall of residence is available, subsidised by ISLI. Qualifications (TEFL Diploma or MA TEFL/Applied Linguistics); EAP teaching experience in the UK an advantage.

You will have:
Ability to teach EAP to a range of students with varying English levels (from IELTS 4.5-8.0), of different nationalities, particularly from Asia and the Middle East
Relevant EAP experience of preparing students for UK higher education
Ability to work within a team; you will also be reliable, flexible, responsible, organised, sensitive and caring
£33,518 per annum (pro rata) plus 12.07% in lieu of holiday entitlement.
