Online pre-sessional teachers required

Oxford International Digital Institute are looking for experienced EAP teachers to work on our ONLINE pre-sessional English courses due to run in spring / summer 2022.

Job Salary & Benefits

• £495.00 per week
• Each week will include:
o 25 hours per week in total
o 10 contact / synchronous teaching hours
o Some academic admin duties (grading & report writing for a class of 12 students)
o Some lesson planning (please note all core materials and detailed schemes of work will be provided)
• Contract length will depend on the type of pre-sessional English course you are working on
• We will be running 3 different courses a 6-week, 12-week and 16-week course with varying start dates
• Commitment to the entire length of the course will be expected

Further Information

You must have/be
• 18 years and over
• A University Bachelor’s Degree or minimum level 6 qualification
• A certified TEFL qualification (CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or some equivalents may be considered)
• A minimum of 2 years’ full-time teaching experience
• Familiar with online platforms used for teaching
• The ability to deliver high levels of professional conduct
• The ability to demonstrate respect for equal opportunities and respect for race and diversity
• Strong organizational skills with an approach to planning
• Proficient English user

It would be great if you had
• A DELTA, Trinity DIP or Masters in TESOL
• Examining experience at FCE, CAE or IELTS level
• Previous pre–sessional experience
