INTO Newcastle University is currently in the process of appointing four new External Examiners for our foundation EAP modules and our English only programmes.
Duties include auditing samples of students’ work, reviewing assessments, marking criteria and assessment procedures, attending assessment boards and writing an annual report.
The External Examining fees is £500 – £800 per annum depending on the programme.
In addition, travel, subsistence and accommodation costs will be reimbursed.
The successful applicant will have: knowledge and understanding of UK Higher Education sector; competence and experience in EAP ; relevant academic and/or professional qualifications.
