8 weeks – 8 months Fixed Term; Full-time
CU Group deliver International Pathway programmes on behalf of Coventry University and are seeking experienced English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Tutors to teach on single or multiple blocks on these programmes from January 2023 on our London campus at North Greenwich.

Overview of role
The International Pathway programmes prepare international students for university entry, and include the International Foundation Year, International Year One, and International Pre-Masters programmes. Successful completion of these programmes allows students to join their destination degree programme at undergraduate or postgraduate level in Coventry, London or in another of the group’s locations. These programmes run alongside our already established BALEAP accredited Pre-sessional English programme.
The International Pathway programmes are delivered face-to-face on CU Group campuses and in other locations where required.
The EAP Tutor roles support excellent delivery of the International Pathway programmes. The EAP tutors will contribute to teaching, learning and assessment on these programmes, and to the academic administration of any courses or blocks they teach on or in relation to exam marking or student support activities. A full induction, course syllabus and essential materials are provided, and you will work under the guidance of a Course Leader. There will also be opportunities for CPD during the course. These are short, fixed term full-time posts ranging in length from 8 weeks to 8 months, with the potential for renewal at the end of the term.
We are seeking EAP Tutors for our North Greenwich campus with a start date of 9th January 2023, and for further blocks throughout the year.

Qualifications
A first degree, plus a recognised TEFL qualification (e.g. CELTA, CertTrinity TESOL) as a minimum. Experience of teaching on EAP courses such as Foundation, pre-sessional or in-sessional programmes, preferably in a UK university context, is essential. Job Salary & Benefits

Remuneration:
£30,491 – £37,459 pro rata per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
