Job Details

We wish to appoint an EAP tutor to teach across the full range of EAP programmes for existing and prospective students of the University. You are likely to have a background in teaching on a variety of EAP programmes and to have experience in original EAP material creation in a variety of media. We are particularly interested in hearing from tutors with a background in teaching on programmes which prepare students for entry into science-based and technology degrees.

You will be educated to a minimum of master’s level, preferably in the area of TESOL/Applied Linguistics (we will consider those currently undertaking a master’s) and will hold a DELTA/Trinity TESOL diploma (or equivalent), either completed or near completion.

Reporting to a programme coordinator, you will be based at the ELC (Strand Campus). However, like all members of the Centre, you may be asked to work on any of the King’s campuses.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position. The selection process will include an assessment and a panel interview.

Job Salary & Benefits

Salary Details: Grade 6 £32,958 to £39,324 per annum
Allowances: plus £2,923 London Allowance
