– a pro-active, highly organised HEA specialist with significant HE Pre-sessional English Language programmes experience to support the management and development of the Pre-sessional courses;
-excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing and supporting teams of tutors is essential;
– this particular position will play a core role in overseeing student wellbeing and engagement through the pre-sessional Personal Tutor system;
-lead in supporting overall pastoral welfare and academic progress of students ensuring they have a positive academic, co-curricular and social experience;
– an Honours degree (or equivalent), and EL Teaching qualification (at DELTA level or equivalent), and a Master’s degree in the area of ELT or Applied Linguistics;
-knowledge of EAP and ESP teaching methodologies;
-contract dates: 1 July-22 September 2021;

Salary range: £24.52 to £29.26 per hour (including holiday entitlement)
