Overview of role
The International Pathway programmes prepare international students for university entry, and include the International Foundation Year, International Year One, and International Masters Qualifying programmes. The EAP Tutor roles are being created to support excellent delivery of the new International Pathway programmes. English for Academic Purposes (EAP) tutors will contribute to teaching, learning and assessment on these programmes, and to the academic administration of any courses or blocks they teach on or in relation to exam marking or student support activities. A full induction, course syllabus and essential materials are provided, and you will work under the guidance of a Course Leader. There will also be opportunities for CPD during the course. For further information on the duties and responsibilities of this role, please see the Job Description and Specifications.
These are short, fixed term full-time posts ranging in length from 8 weeks to one year, with the potential for renewal at the end of the term.
We are seeking EAP Tutors for our London delivery sites for an immediate (September) start, and for subsequent blocks throughout the academic year 2021-22.
Interviews will be on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.
£29,166 – £35,831 pro rata per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
