Collaborate. Reflect. Evolve.

BALEAP launched the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) at the 2018 AGM.  Our SIGs provide a collaborative space for people working in English for Academic Purposes to connect, share expertise, and engage in professional dialogue. These groups are designed to support the continuous development of teaching practices, curriculum design, research, and pedagogical innovation within the EAP context.

SIG events are open to all members of the education community, wherever you are in the world, and thrive on diverse perspectives and active participation.  From science and technology to the arts, social justice, assessment, leadership and beyond, SIGs foster intellectual curiosity and help build lasting connections across disciplines and backgrounds.

Have a look at the current BALEAP SIGs below and if you are interested in joining a SIG, please get in touch using the contact details provided. If you would like to set up a new SIG, please contact the SIG Officer at .
