Position Type: 35 hours per week, Fixed-Term for Four Months
The School of Modern Languages & Cultures are looking for a number of Tutors to contribute to the delivery of an excellent student experience by undertaking a range of teaching, assessment and administrative duties, principally on the Summer Pre-sessional Programme, as requested by the Programme Director/Head of SMLC, in order to contribute to learning and teaching objectives in the School of Modern Languages & Cultures.
The following teaching blocks are available:
Blocks A, B &C: May 1st to August 21st (Teaching break May 25 to June 9th inclusive)
Blocks B & C: June 10th to August 21st
Block C: July 15th to August 21st
Qualifications Required
1. Honours degree in relevant area
2. Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) or equivalent.
Salary will be on the University’s Research and Teaching Grade, level 6, £29,176 – £32,817 per annum.
