Goldsmiths, University of London’s Centre for English Language and Academic Writing is seeking to recruit one or two EAP tutors to teach on our interdisciplinary pre-sessional programme (Arts and Social Sciences).
Teachers should already have some familiarity with contemporary theory, and be able to teach the academic skills of researched essay writing, critical reading and seminar presentation, based on a range of academic texts and lectures. Resource packs will be provided, as will support from full-time members of staff teaching on the programme.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• Substantial EAP experience, including in UK higher education;
• DELTA or equivalent;
• MA Applied Linguistics or related discipline;
Teaching from 1 August – 2 September 2016, paid induction on 28 and 29 July.
Salary: Grade 7, SP33 (£37,370 pro rata)
