we are looking for summer presessional teachers.
Dates are:
10 week course induction: 19th – 21st June
Course: 24th June – 30th August
6 week course induction: 17th – 19th July
Course: 22nd July – 31st August
Available contracts are full time , 12 teaching hours pw, and 8 hours per week. 12 hour teachers will teach in Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8 hour teachers will teach on Mondays and Thursdays. It may be possible to change teaching hours at the end of week 5. if you are teaching on the ten week course. Induction is paid, as is holiday entitlement in lieu.
The standard salary is 30,479.56 pro rata.
We not expect our teachers to join students for extra-curricula activities or to provide tutorial outside class teaching time. All teaching materials are provided. We have a coordination team and we are particularly adept at supporting TESOL teachers with little experience of EAP seeking to break into the profession.
We do not provide accommodation but can give support to those looking for accommodation near campus.
