QA Higher Education works in partnership with Northumbria University to manage and deliver International Foundation Programmes (IFP), a Graduate Certificate (GC) and an International Year One (IYO) Programme. These pathway programmes enable international students to prepare for and meet the challenges of university study before they enter level 3 (IFP), level 4 (IYO) or level 6 (GC). All teaching takes place on the main university campus in Newcastle.
AS EAP Lecturer you will contribute to the teaching of English for Academic Purposes across these pathway programmes, perhaps mainly on the IFP. You will teach across a range of modules that cover language development and skills as well as the opportunity to teach other modules with academic content. The Pathway College is working towards British Council accreditation and as such all teachers would be expected to contribute and maintain our high standards.
