We have possible part-time openings on an hourly-paid basis for an experienced teacher/s of EAP and/or academic communication. Please note that we work with all students at the University rather than “international” students only, so familiarity working with “home” students is essential. Experience working with home students on Foundation Year programmes desirable.
Interested parties should have a UG Degree (or equivalent), plus a PG English Language teaching qualification (i.e. DELTA or equivalent) and/or a Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline, together with solid experience of teaching EAP and academic communication in a Higher Education context.
Please note availability for induction 26-29 September is essential.
The position is on an hourly-paid basis, and likely to run from October 2017 until April 2018. Possible Summer 2018 work and/or for following academic year 2018-19 too.
