Applications are invited for an English Language Education Tutor (ELE) for 26.25 hours per week. This post is a maternity cover and will start on 3rd September 2018 for 12 months.
The post involves teaching on a range of English for Academic Purposes (EAP) pre- and in-sessional courses across the University, and on courses designed with and for our international partners (Universities and Education Authorities). The successful applicant will have substantial experience in teaching EAP in Higher Education contexts, a postgraduate qualification in language teaching or applied linguistics as well as a practical teaching qualification.
The role is grade UE06Salary: £27,285-£31,604 per annum pro rata for 26.25 hours a week. Annual leave allowance is 36 days per annum pro rata.
