"I have been fortunate to be an institutional member of BALEAP since I began working in EAP. The main benefit has been the sense of community—supportive mailing lists, regular live events, and open-access resources available online (e.g., Testing Working Party). This community has helped define my role and inspired me to explore new areas in EAP. The introduction of SIGs has expanded international participation and practitioner-led activities, making the community even richer. It's been inspiring to see the diverse interests and expertise within BALEAP. Thank you to the supportive, caring, and knowledgeable people I’ve met through this community!" Rob Playfair
