PIM: The EAP Classroom: innovation & disruption

13th November 2026

The Centre for English Language Education at the University of Nottingham invites you to attend a PIM on Friday, November 20, 2026, on its award-winning and environmentally friendly Jubilee Campus.  The aim of the PIM will be to take stock of current innovative EAP classroom practice, focusing on such areas of practice as disciplinary & interdisciplinary support on in-sessional programmes, developing criticality on a short, intensive summer pre-sessional courses,  student engagement & participation in online/hybrid classrooms, and technology-enhanced teaching vs technology-driven teaching. We look forward to welcoming you to Nottingham.

More details about this event, including the calls for proposals will be shared in due course.
